The home has always played a central role in the production of society, and the communes have often had a political tilt to their efforts. The embassy network is a collective of intentional communities, who’s aims are to create, and diversify ‘home’ as the commons, and to do so in a way that explores the idea of home. Here I shall describe some of the ways in which we have leveraged our collective action within the intentional communities, in order to enact the changes that we’d like to see in the society
